Title: Cluster of galaxies from various perspectives: cosmology & astrophysics, simulations & observations
Date: Friday, September 14th, 2012

Abstract: Investigating cluster properties is crucial to validate our knowledge
of the fundamental physical processes regulating the formation and
evolution of cosmic structures and the interaction between
constituents of the universe. In vision of future large cosmological
cluster-based surveys such as e-Rosita, DES, LSST, and Euclid, I will
review my past and recent effort to establish a robust theoretical
framework we can use to interpret the large amount of data we will
receive from the sky. A specific emphasis will be devoted to
concentration-mass relation and, more generally, to mass profiles.
